KOLHAPURI PALAK PAKODA
Kolhapuri palak pakoda is made using spinach and potatoes mixed with various other ingredients. This is a very simple and crispy pakora recipe

METHOD

1.In a bowl add spinach – 3 bunches cut into big size

2.To it add
Curry leaves – 15
Diced green chilies – 3
Potato cut into shapes of french fries – 1 big potato and boil it for 4 minutes in little water
Mix them

3.In another bowl let us make batter for this
Gram flour – 50 gram
Rice flour – 25 gram
Salt – as required
Cooking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
Carom seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Mix with little water

4.Add this batter to spinach mix and mix well

5.Heat oil for frying and fry these fritters

6.Serve hot with chutney f your choice

PYAZ KE PAKODE
Pyaz Key Pakodey is an all time favourite Tea-Time snack , this is made using onion and gram flour deep fried in oil.

METHOD

1.In a bowl add thinly sliced onion – 2 medium sized
To it add
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as required
Few chopped Curry leaves
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Carom seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped cashews – 6 to 7
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Diced green chilies – 3
Mix it well

2.Then add
Gram flour – 4 to 5 tablespoon
Rice flour – 2 tablespoon
Water – 1 tablespoon
Hot oil – 3 tablespoon

3.Mix them well and fry in hot oil in little portions till they turn golden brown in colour

4.Serve hot with tea or tomato ketchup

MOONG DAL BONDE
Try this Amazing Moong dal bonda recipe, which gonna melt in your mouth…Crispy out and soft inside

METHOD

1.Soak Moong dal/ Split green gram in water for 3 hours – 100 gram dal

2.Grind it to a coarse paste

3.To it add
Chopped onions – 1 small sized
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chilies – 2
Salt as required
Few chopped curry leaves
Baking soda – 3 pinches
Few chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well

4.Heat oil in a pan and add the batter in the shapes of balls

5.Fry them well and serve hot

GREEN CHUTNEY / HARI CHUTNEY
Try this extra delicious Green chutney/ hari chutney which can be enjoyed with samosas, pakodas as a dip and with sandwich as a spread

METHOD

1.In a mixer jar add
Coriander leaves – 2 bunches
Mint leaves – 10 to 15
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chilies – 3
Roasted cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Peanuts – 1 tablespoon
Bread – 1 slice , remove their sides
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar – 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice – of half a lemon
Little cold water
Grind them into a fine chutney
